Company Overview

AMBA Estates Ltd was established by Paul Clarkson and Ben Clarkson, who jointly have over 50 years of related development and construction experience between them.

The company carries out professional services of Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM health and safety. Additionally, we are involved with development partners providing advice to local developers in the East Midlands as they look to move into development of speculative housing to achieve the business growth plans. We aim to provide a personal service in a competitive market, to set realistic timescales for work to be completed and to ensure we maintain the high quality level of service our clients have instructed us to undertake.

We endeavour to build a close working relationship with our clients to deliver their project brief from initial concept stage to completion for both public and private clients and contractors.

Within the current market, often companies (contractors and consultancies) require additional support in the interim where peaks in work stretch the company’s current resources and they do not necessarily wish to employ more permanent staff. We are able to provide the interim support needed by these companies whilst they consider their options.
