BEN CLARKSON
Director
Ben has a proven track record of achieving the goals set by the clients he works with. He excelled in his early career working for a piling contractor, overseeing the Midlands, South West and Wales region. He moved on to achieve his RICS Chartership with a PQS firm prior to setting AMBA Estates up with Paul.
Ben is the point of contact within AMBA and responsible for the day to day running of the company.
He takes a keen interest in anything fitness outside of work and seeking out his next adventure.
PAUL CLARKSON
Director
Paul has a wealth of knowledge spanning over 40 years. He has worked for National House Builders, Housing Associations, Council and PQS firm. You can be sure if you have a query Paul has most likely dealt with it or has the knowledge and skill to assist you.
Paul interests are golf, walking and football, and wherever possible catching up with his family who have gone international.
SARAH HARDY
Personal Assistant
With 10 years of experience in PA and office support within the construction industry, Sarah is an expert at building the administrative foundations necessary for business growth. She combines high-level executive assistance with practical bookkeeping support to ensure companies run smoothly as they scale.
Outside of the office, Sarah is often outdoors exploring. She enjoys spending quality time with her son, whether they are walking, bike riding, or discovering new places across the UK.
WOODY
Office Mascot
Woody is the heart and soul of the team, bringing a wagging tail and a much-needed sense of calm to our busy construction office. While the rest of the team focuses on growing the business, Woody focuses on developing his guest list for belly rubs.
